Disbursal Account Manager
Role Description :
1. Candidate with Inbound and outbound voice experience in disbursal operations with banking and lending industry.
2. Explaining and convincing the customers about the benefits and offers related to the financial products like Personal Loans & Insurance.
3. Understanding the needs of customer and helping the customer to complete the loan process and in collecting required information.
4. Convincing the customers on submitting financial documents & statements involved procuring Personal Loans in a timely manner.
5. Convincing the customers on submitting KYC documents & any additional documents as required by Credit/Risk functions.
6. Pitching & cross selling of Insurance products to customers
7. Verifying all submitted documents and details and guiding the customers throughout the process.
8. Following up with prospects and engaging them multiple times to fulfill their financial needs
Attributes we are looking for :
1. 1+ years of work experience in telesales and relationship manager role with financial service-based company.
2. Ability to converse in multi-language - English & Hindi is a must
3. Knowledge on Loan Process and Products.
4. Knowledge on insurance products & processes
5. Require Immediate, 15 days and 30 days joiners
