Director - Strategic Accounts - IT (10-15 yrs)

Role and Responsibilities :

- Formulate plans and strategies based on business goals, including positioning of the brand and identification of new market opportunities to drive growth, market share and profit.

- Design and implement in collaboration with the stakeholder forward-looking, robust, and consistent commercial framework in close coordination with key stakeholders.

- Develop, implement, and share best practice sales operations and practices to improve effectiveness and productivity, like Strategic Accounts management disciplines, dashboard / metric reports, CRM, systematic target setting approaches, recent sales training, and incentive structures, etc.

- Bring fresh solutions to our partners and drive deeper relationships to influence the share of job postings, retention and billings.

- Lead, motivate, and grow the team to perform to a high standard and be performance focused to ensure the achievement of strategies and goals.

- Establish effective business contacts/networks with external and internal stakeholders.

- Leading and collaborating with pre-sales efforts to define technical solutions, assisting with Statements of Work, and delivering proposals.

- Establish relationships with global, national,and local management consulting firms.

- Demonstrate sales presentation skills.
