Director - Sales - Real Estate (12-20 yrs)

Our client is one of the leading and reputed Real Estate Company in Middle East.

Candidate Profile :

- Must have 8-15 years of experience in the field of sales

Industry Preference: Candidates Preferred from Real Estate, Life Insurance, Time share and Wealth Management

Preference to any Nationality candidates currently working in Dubai with Real Estate industry and also candidates working in India from Real Estate, Life Insurance, Time share and Wealth Management sectors

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for effectively managing and supervising office staff, by planning and focusing sales targets (residential market, commercial properties, valuations estate management, sales of land and property). Giving clients all advice on all aspects of marketing their properties.

- Maximized income and profits by implementing advertising and marketing campaigns whilst promoting a new and innovative range of products and services.

- Full knowledge of Property Miss-description and Home Information Packs.

- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.

- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

- Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

- Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Follow-up research concluded improved budgets, increased profits and improved morale.
