Job Overview :
- The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy for Digient Technologies, with a primary focus on B2B clients in the online iGaming sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams. The Sales and Marketing Director will work closely with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy and Planning :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set sales targets and objectives.
Marketing Management :
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Utilize digital marketing, content creation, and social media channels to promote our products and engage with the target audience.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Team Leadership and Development :
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to enhance the team's effectiveness.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B online iGaming sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting :
- Develop and implement sales forecasting models to ensure accurate revenue projections.

Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise :
