Sales Director:

- Should have 15+years of hardcore hands-on sales experience

- Should have around 5 years of experience in managing team goals and individual sales goals

- Should have strong client network in Small / Start-up, Medium client segment in NA & Middle East countries

- Should have a good track record and should be able to justify the achievements in sales

- Should have experience in selling IT Services Projects

- Strong skills in targeting right client and creating a strong sales funnel

1. Consultative sales person with understanding of current technology landscape

2. Setting targets, creating performance plans and maintaining targets for sale representatives

3. Exceeding own revenue targets and company targets

4. Planning the sales strategy and Optimization of sales

5. Hunting for clients who benefit from the company's solutions and services

6. Documentation and control of target achievement

7. Negotiation of terms and contracts with clients

8. Reporting to the Executive Board

9. Develop a scalable sales process and ensure representatives adhere to it correctly

10. Plan and preside over weekly sales team meetings

11. Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences

12. Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service

13. Tracking sales team metrics and sharing them with company leadership

14. Provide pre-sales and post-sales service support and assistance

15. Attend marketing events (e.g. conferences or trade shows) representing the company
