Job Title: Sales Director - Managed Infrastructure Services & Cybersecurity

Position Overview :
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead the growth of our Managed Infrastructure Services and Cybersecurity solutions in the USA, UK and other regions.
- This role will focus on driving sales, expanding our customer base, and building long-term relationships within the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity sectors.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure management, cloud services, and cybersecurity technologies, as well as experience selling complex solutions to C-level executives and IT decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities : Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Remote Infrastructure Services and Cybersecurity solutions, with a focus on growing revenue, market share, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and expectations, providing ongoing training, and ensuring a culture of success.
- Must have experience and/or expert knowledge of the US marketplace and territory with an established network of contacts with CIO and technology executives.
- Maximize cross-selling opportunities for the current customer base, Preparing for sales calls, including coordination of the team selling effort, Creating and delivering sales presentations.
And Account Management :
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives, product offerings, and customer needs.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management :
- Cultivate relationships with C-level executives and senior IT leaders across key verticals, ensuring a consultative approach to sales and a deep understanding of their business challenges.
- Identify, pursue, and close strategic sales opportunities with large enterprises, SMBs, and managed service providers (MSPs), driving revenue through new and existing accounts.
- Present and negotiate complex cybersecurity and remote infrastructure solutions, articulating the value proposition in terms that resonate with customer pain points, compliance needs, and business goals.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Market Intelligence & Industry Leadership :
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive landscape, and market demands within the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity space.
- Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and webinars, positioning the company as a leader in remote infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions.
- Provide feedback and insights from the market to influence product development and service offerings.
Sales Performance & Reporting :
- Track, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and techniques to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieve or exceed sales goals, quotas, and KPIs on a consistent basis.
Qualifications :
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on selling IT services, cybersecurity solutions, or enterprise infrastructure. At least 3-5 years in a leadership or sales management role.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of remote infrastructure services (cloud computing, hybrid IT, managed services, etc.) and cybersecurity solutions (network security, endpoint protection, threat detection, 24x7 SIEM monitoring etc.).
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth through new business acquisition, account expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Strong ability to understand customer needs, tailor solutions, and present compelling value propositions.
- Technical Acumen: Comfortable discussing complex technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders and able to work closely with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with client requirements.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience delivering high-stakes presentations and negotiations.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating remote sales teams to deliver high-performance results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in IT or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus.
