We are hiring a "Sales Director" for a leading Heavy Engineering Company.


Job title : Director - Sales & Marketing

Industry : Heavy Engineering

Job location : Mumbai or Anywhere in India (Work From Home)

Educational qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical or Production Engineering) or equivalent preferably with MBA (Marketing) or PG Diploma in Marketing

Work experience :

- Around 15 years to 20 years of relevant work experience in Industrial Sales & Marketing preferably with heavy engineering industry.

- Strong B2B sales & marketing experience with the ability to coach, mentor and develop team of sales managers & subordinates

- Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Proven financial acumen.

Job Profile :

Sales Director is responsible for all aspects of the sales & marketing and has full responsibility to develop and implement an effective sales and marketing strategy. He will be responsible for planning and executing sales, marketing and product development programs that will meet pre-determined targets and Increase Company's market share. He will be a critical member of a company's leadership team.

- CTC: Rs 35 lpa to Rs 45 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)
