The Job :
You will be closely working with the leadership team and will be responsible for :
- Focusing on startups and SMEs in the Indian subcontinent and building sales strategies to maximize revenue through different channels.
- Identifying market opportunities that can enable strong revue growth and traction.
- Spearheading new business generation and ensuring a strong post sales transition of relationships to the customer success teams.
- Building workflows and metrics for the team and leading them towards delivering results.
- Hiring and building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance.
The Profile :
- You have at least 3 years' experience working within a leadership team or as a senior management professional. Total minimum experience 6 years
- You are a seasoned sales leader with a solid track record of success within SaaS sales.
- Experience within FinTech sector would be a strong plus.
- You are a go getter with a strong track record of success and are interested in accelerating your career by joining a key role in a fast growing start up.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
