Director - Sales - Electrical Business Unit (15-22 yrs)
Job Description :
Position: GM/Director - Electrical BU for the East
Location : Kolkata
Reports to : VP Sales
Direct reports : 4-5 (based in Kolkata and allied locations, levels -agm, sr mgr, mgr), indirect reports : (10-12)
Regions covered : It includes entire East, the seven NER states, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Orissa, Bhutan (not Chhattisgarh)
Turnover: approx. 300 cr to 350 cr
- Accountable for sales profitability, strategic guidance, pricing, BD, revenues, collection, working capital management for the region
- He will be the sole custodian for the region
- Strong knowledge in Electrical/ Automation products and solutions
- This is for Utility and Industry (M&M, Oil &Gas, Food & Beverages) segment
- Strategic position and has to drive sales
- Should have Very good relationship building, flamboyant, growth feelgood relations in utility at the highest/senior level, very aggressive sales person who can create a breakthrough in the East
- Candidate should be working or worked in Eastern India .
