Director - Partnerships - IT Sales - Software Solutions (5-7 yrs)

We are hiring for Director Partnerships for selling the software solutions with a product based company at Bangalore.

Responsibilities :

- You create and execute new sales strategies - working with all major telecoms operators in India (helping them to generate incremental revenues with our services)

- You build, develop and manage key customer relationships with decision makers and key people with influence to maximize sales opportunities: you manage the B2B sales processes from lead generation to contract signature for dedicated accounts

- You set up contracts and guide carriers through the commercial, legal and technical discussions that lead to the establishment of the partnership; this include creating business models, technical implementation roadmaps and managing communications in a complex, multi-level environment

- You take the leadership to manage and execute our signed partnership projects with telecom operators on time, within budget and with quality

- You use your expertise to advise project stakeholders, including business owners and senior management

- You lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams as the interface between product and technology teams, as well as operator internal teams

- You efficiently communicate with all key sponsors and stakeholders

- Your location will be Bangalore

Requirements :

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B service or solution sales (opportunity identification and deal progressing, negotiation and deal closing), ideally selling to the telecoms industry

- Strong network with key decision makers from Indian operators (preferably in Big Data / Analytics / Digital Marketing teams)

- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in a complex sales environment plus strong interpersonal sales skills

- Willing to travel (60% of work time)
