Director - Marketing - Online & Offline

Job brief :

- We are looking for a qualified Marketing Director to take the lead in developing successful, long-term marketing strategies for our company.

- As a Marketing Director, you should have in-depth marketing experience. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all marketing platforms. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company online & offline presence.

- Ultimately, you should be able to drive all online & offline marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities :

- Build our marketing roadmap

- Should have experience in handling, managing & executing company's marketing strategy, along with planning Pay Per Click, Display and Retargeting campaigns in Google Search, Google Display Network, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo Advertising (YSM) and Bing Ads

- Manage all online & offline marketing channels to ensure brand consistency

- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget

- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction

- Oversee our social media accounts

- Manage and improve online&Offline content, considering SEO and Google Analytics

- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

- Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies

- Motivate marketing team to achieve goals

- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out

- Stay up-to-date with all marketing Platforms

Requirements :

- Proven work experience as a Marketing Director

- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful online & offline campaigns

- Strong understanding of how all current marketing channels function

- Solid knowledge of online & offline marketing tools and best practices

- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Excellent analytical and project management skills

- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
