Director - Marketing - IT Consulting & Services (10-12 yrs)

As a Marketing Director you will lead strategic marketing initiatives, overseeing campaigns, digital marketing, and market research. You will be responsible to drive business growth by generating inbound leads through effective marketing strategies. Drive brand consistency and visibility through innovative branding strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally, manage budgets, and analyze data for optimal campaign effectiveness, contributing to the company's sustained growth and market prominence.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate inbound leads, including content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and lead nurturing processes.

- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team. Work in collaboration with the Sales team to effectively generate and close leads.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and social media, to drive online presence and engagement.

- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

- Event Management: Plan and execute events, trade shows, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of 8-12 years in marketing, with demonstrated success in strategic planning and campaign management.

- Having experience of working with IT Consulting and Services companies would be an added advantage.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a marketing team.

- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding marketing objectives.

- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

- Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
