We have an opening for Director- Marketing & Growth( For a Startup Client )

Location: Bangalore

Preferred candidates from IITs, IIMs, and other premier institutes

Minimum 4 years of experience

- Responsible for overall customer growth through different online/offline marketing channels and B2B Partnerships.

- Marketing & Branding

- Growth and B2B Partnerships

- Experience running successful marketing campaigns. Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Ad words

- Prior experience in working with technology or technology-led products in marketing would be an added advantage

Job Description :

- Responsible for overall customer growth through different online/offline marketing channels and B2B Partnerships.

Responsibilities and Duties :

Marketing & Branding :

- Crafting strategies for all marketing team, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative

- Developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies

- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

- Taking care of ATL/BTL and other marketing activities.

- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas

- Responsible to increase customer reach month-on-month

Growth and B2B Partnerships :

- Business Development activities like partnerships with plotting schemes, corporates and other business houses for their construction needs in residential, commercial and industrial space.

- Increasing the customer-base using business development activities and strategize expansion to different segments.

- Personally meet the customers and do the necessary alliances/partnerships.

General :

- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals.

- Continuously monitor internal/external trends and keep a close eye on the competition in the marketplace.

- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

What you should have :

- Sense of scrappiness, high energy levels and do whatever it takes to creatively and effectively achieve your goals

- Strong Analytical And Advanced Decision Making Skills

- Experience running successful marketing campaigns. Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords

- Prior experience in working with technology or technology-led products in marketing would be an added advantage
