Our client is a marketplace for rental properties in all major cities in the country. Being the pioneers in this space, they have benefited from significant market adoption in Tier-1 & Tier-2 cities and have a solid network established.

The Job

As a leader in the Growth Marketing space, you will be part of the management team that drives the business. You will be responsible for :

- Developing & implementing hybrid marketing strategies that are in line with brand plans and priorities.

- Designing KPIs that indicate the performance of campaigns and activities related to spreading brand awareness, engagement and conversions.

- Curating content, online assets, creatives and every bit of communication that is meant to go out, at each stage of a customer's journey, be it digital or traditional.

- Planning and controlling marketing budgets along with channels that business uses to go out there.

- Delivering actionable insights and recommendations to the founding team, and working towards enhancing our offering to always stay on top of market trends and existing competitive offerings.

- Driving business growth by developing innovative ideas and campaigns.

- Testing and optimising marketing tactics that boost conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition.

- Building and mentoring a strong team of analysts whose sole focus is to analyse ecosystem and competitive landscape and deliver key insights that help the business grow multiple folds.

The Profile

- You have a Master's in Marketing, General Management or related discipline from a top tier institution.

- You have at least 10 years experience in Branding / Marketing Communications, with a minimum of 4 years in growth marketing space.

- Having served as Regional or Country Head would be a solid advantage.

- You have hands on experience dealing with the internet / tech industries like - PropTech, eCommerce, EdTech or similar sectors.

- You can ideate general content from a creative angle and have a vision for what works best for the business.

- You have lead successful teams in the past and have experience mentoring fresh grads and lateral hires to drive growth and revenue.

- You are highly goal driven and can perform well in fast paced environments.
