You will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership and direction to the Customer Support team
- Ensuring the team discharges its mandate and meets expected goals, measures and targets required to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Planning, developing and implementing customer service policies, strategies, and processes that will provide client-focused services and administrative functions.
- Continuously improving existing policies, strategies, and processes.
- You have at least 8 years experience in Customer Success, with prior experience in managing a team of over 30 members.
- You have proven experience in FinTech Industry & Customer support.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and relationship building skills.
- You have strong leadership qualities and are able to build a high-performing team
- You have driving motivation to solve customer problems and continuously improve their experience.
