Responsibilities :

- As the Director of Business Development for Europe, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success cloud powered game services for mobile games in the European market.

Your key responsibilities will include :


- Partnership Building : Build strong partnerships with mobile game developers and publishers in Europe, fostering positive relationships at all levels of the organization.


- Opportunity Management : Identify, evaluate, and manage new partnership opportunities that drive significant and incremental value to platforms. Collaborate closely with internal functional and product teams to align on business development strategies.


- Growth Strategies : Develop and execute new growth strategies and opportunities, leveraging your extensive experience and industry knowledge.


- Team Leadership : Lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment, grooming high-caliber talent and ensuring an accelerated career trajectory.


- Relationship Management : Develop deep trust-based relationships and effectively influence different stakeholder groups both internally and externally.


- Prioritization and Decision-Making : Balance multiple simultaneous priorities and deadlines, making well-informed decisions using exceptional problem-solving and quantitative skills.


Required Skill Set and Experience :


Proven Success in Mobile Game Industry : Demonstrated track record of success in the mobile game industry, showcasing your understanding of market trends, players, and competitive landscape.


Extensive Business Development Experience : Minimum of 10 years of business development experience in the mobile game industry, with a focus on Europe.


International Business Experience : Proficiency in working within a multinational environment, with a solid understanding of cultural nuances and regional market dynamics.


Leadership and Talent Development : Ability to lead teams effectively, nurturing high-potential talent and fostering an environment of growth.


Financial Acumen : Strong quantitative skills and financial acumen, allowing you to evaluate and assess business opportunities with precision.


Relationship Building : Exceptional ability to develop trust-based relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels, both directly and indirectly.


Time Management and Prioritization : Effective at balancing multiple priorities and deadlines, ensuring optimal resource allocation.


Problem-Solving Skills : Exceptional problem-solving abilities, leveraging data and analytical insights to make sound decisions.


Self-Driven and Proactive : Comfortable with ambiguity, self-directed, and proactive from day one, driving initiatives and delivering results.


Communication Skills : Persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.


Passion for Interactive Entertainment and Technology : Broad network and deep passion for interactive entertainment and technology, staying up-to-date with industry trends.


Language Proficiency : Fluent in English, and business-level proficiency in either French or German will be advantageous.
