Qualifications and Experience :
- Graduate + MBA
- 10+ years of Business Development work experience in B2B domain.
- Min 3+ years of BPO Business Development experience in eCommerce domain.
- This is primarily a- hunting- role wherein you will be selling voice and non voice solutions to eCommce clients
This role will involve close coordination with other Sales Support teams, vi z:
- Pre Sales
- RFP
- Solutioning
Broad understanding of emerging technologies that are transforming E Comm sector, viz:
- Analytics / Big Data
- Robotics / Automation
- Machine Learning
- Proficiency in strategizing and implementing customised, client-focused, differentiated solutions for acquiring new clients.
