Candidates with
2-3yrs of direct sales experience.
- Should be a High performer in current role
- High sales orientation
- Individual drive/ passion to sell
- Graduates from any stream.
- Should be able to communicate in local language
-This is a b2b sales where the salesman will be given a set of existing dr's base and they have to go and sell their products.
- This is an individual contributor role.
- There will be a target for daily visits which have to be made.
- This is a field role and employees don't need to go to office.
- They need to complete their daily tasks report it through their CRM soft
