Job Discription
Position: Branch Manager/Unit Manager
Salary: 5 lac to 12 lac
Role: Team handling role/Branch Handling/
Location: Mumbai,Pune,Delhi,Goa,
Reporting to Unit Head
Roles & Responsibility:
- Drive the direct channel strategy & process within the team to achieve the business target.
- Review FLS daily on performance, Customer facing time, Meetings done and prospect list.
- Proactively assist weak FLS with joint calls to improve their performance, thereby making them successful
- Ensure all leads allocated are allocated, tracked and closed.
- Motivate and retain team to ensure low attrition levels.
Desired Candidate :
- A graduate between 30 to 35 yrs. of age with over 8 years of experience in sales.
- Minimum 5+ Years of Direct Sales Experience with at least 2 to 5 years in a team handling role.
- Good management skills and pleasing personality.
- Dynamic and result oriented approach with good communication and networking skills.
