Direct Sales Role - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Positions:
- Determine and Attract Possible Insurance Advisors
- Utilize advisors to advance business objectives
- Develop a plan, coach advisors to increase productivity, and hit the mark
- Constantly assess performance and establish new goals.
- Relationship Administration
- To guarantee that self-sourcing objectives are met
- Help the client comprehend the range of benefits included in the plan and determine whether it satisfies their needs.
- Hold monthly, weekly, and daily meetings with advisors.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience- 1 to 4 years in Sales and Marketing
- (Pharma, FMCG, BFSI )
- Any Graduate can apply
Age is 21- 38 years
- 2 - Wheeler/4 - Wheeler must.
- Android-based smartphone.
