Direct Sales Role - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Position:- FSC ( Financial Service Consultant) - Direct Sales Insurance
Graduate with 1- 3 years' experience in sales of Insurance.
Minimum 6 months' exposure to Life Insurance
Age Bracket: 25-32 years
Must own a conveyance (Vehicle)
CTC Up to 4.0 LPA (CTC hike is subjected upon current TFP range)

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for insurance sales.
- Conduct direct sales activities to promote and sell insurance products, specifically life insurance policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Assess clients' insurance needs and provide suitable insurance solutions based on their requirements.
- Explain insurance policies, coverage, premium calculations, terms, and conditions to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on the various insurance products and services offered by the company.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance trends, market conditions, competitors, and industry regulations to effectively advise clients.
- Collaborate with fellow sales team members and other departments to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry developments, product knowledge, and emerging sales techniques through continuous learning and training initiatives.
Skills required :
- Direct sales experience in the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, specifically life insurance.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close sales deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach towards achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales (minimum 6 months' exposure to Life Insurance)
- Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance sales (if required by local regulations).
