- Bfsi sales background or any field sales but with good com skills and connections to recruit agents and should have the knowledge of Agency channel & Agent Recruitment
- Should have a two wheeler

- Training & developing agents on commission basis.
- Supervise the activity plan of all agents to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
- Motivate agents for career progression program to make them join the organization & work.
- Required Minimum 7 to 9 month of Experience in Current Company.
- Candidate must be residing /aware about the location where applying.
- The maximum Notice Period is 1 Month.
