Direct Sales Professional - Life Insurance (1-5 yrs)

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Mumbai into Direct Sales.
Experience : 6 months in BFSI or Life Insurance
Location : Mumbai
CTC: Upto 4 lacs
Job Responsibilities :
1. Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
3. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
4. Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
6. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and maintain a detailed record of customer interactions in the CRM system.
