Direct Sales Officer - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
As a Direct Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our company's reach and distribution network by actively seeking and recruiting new insurance agents and distributors.
Responsibility:
- Utilize your network and other resources to identify customers who may be interested in becoming insurance agents or distributors.
- Conduct market research to discover potential leads and opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Cold call potential candidates and introduce them to our agency or distributor.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition of becoming an agent/distributor for our company.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential candidates to provide detailed information and address any queries.
- While the primary focus is on agent recruitment, you may also be required to sell insurance policies to clients.
- Maintain regular communication with recruited agents/distributors, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Develop strong relationships with agents/distributors to ensure their success and long-term commitment to our company.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 of experience in field sales.
- Required Bachelor's degree in any field
- Age between 21 to 38.
- Required to know the local language.
- Required two-wheeler.
