Direct Sales Manager - Insurance (3-5 yrs)

Recruit :
The primary role is to drive quality recruitment of Life Advisors and build up the agency business.
Coach :
Develop Life Advisors to make them self-dependent by setting goals for them, conducting reviews, and assisting them in their career path with Life Insurance.
Leader :
Drive sales for the company through their team of life advisors, motivate their team, and lead them in meeting the goals set forth by the company.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- The candidate must be a graduate
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Up to 40 years of age
