Direct Sales Manager - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- Work on leads given by the bank.
- Build a good relationship with the walk-in customers.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Too Close, the Leads Provided by the Company.
- Receiving leads from assigned Bank and source business through Channel Partner.
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience : Min. 2 Years in Sales and Marketing and 1+ Years in the insurance sector
- CTC : Up to 2.60/3.50 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Job Type : Full Time-On Roll
Age : 21 to 38 years
Education : Any Graduation
Candidate : Local Candidate
Required Skills :
- Excellent communication skills.
- High level of energy.
- Should be sales-driven.
- Good Presentation skills
