Direct Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a Direct Sales and Marketing Experts who have experience of 2 plus years in sales and marketing with strong negotiation and presentations skills to promote our company's products to the assigned area and generate a volume of business by building a relationship with customers.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit a team of highly motivated financial advisors and consultants from the open market
- Schedule and provide training to your team regarding products and opportunities to work with the organizations
- Motivate and support your team to generate leads of prospective customers
- Drive a business together with your team to close those leads by selling life insurance
- Review your team performance and mentor them as per their capacity
- Sourcing a business through your team and customers by providing support of sales and services
