Direct Sales Manager - BFS (2-3 yrs)
We are looking for a potential candidate for the post of Direct Sales Manager.
Job Description:
- Tracking sales goals and recording results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department.
- Proactively pursue new sales and sales opportunities.
- Create and develop strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Recruitment and improvement of quality advisors.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Field Sales/Marketing
- CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Job Type: Full-Time-On Roll
- Age: 21 to 37 years
- Education: Any Graduation
