Direct Sales Manager - Agri (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities:
Use sales techniques to actively seek out and manage customers and prospects in a specific geographic area.
- Provide clients with value-added options for the arrangement, choice, and horticulture.
- Study and investigate the assigned area to determine strategies and the best use of available resources to increase market share and create demand for Wyffels Hybrids.
- Take on the role of mentor, provide guidance and growth, and dedicate at least one day every two weeks to each Seed Representative.
- Reach out to competing dealers in an attempt to appoint them as Wyffels brand seed representatives.
- Honorably carry out business endeavors with the goal of maximizing profits and return on investment.
- Provide market data, suggestions for improving product performance, and concepts for advertising and sales campaigns.
