Selection Criteria:-
1) Graduation degree mandatory
2) Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.)/Post Graduate Diploma in Management (P.G.D.M.) preferred
3) Experience of 1 yr as Sales / Business Development mandatory
4) Freshers with good communication skills can be considered
5) 20 - 35 yrs can apply

Job Description:-
Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieve & Exceed Revenue Targets; Sales Associate have the following targets:
1. First Month - 1 lakh + (4-6 upgrades)
2. Second Month - 2 lakh + (8-10 upgrades)
- Cold Call, generate leads, fix appointments and meet the parents for demonstration.
- Develop month- on- month sales models for proven business growth
- Understanding the need/requirement of the students and offer Toppr products that would be beneficial to the student
- Counsel students and parents to buy Toppr's subscription
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior
- Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets
- Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
- Good Communication skills in English and the regional language (Kannada)
