The role of the Sales Associate is among the most important roles in Topper. As a Sales Associate, you are expected to understand the need/requirement of the students and offer the products that would be beneficial to the student. Contribute to the revenue of the organization through the products that the students have been upgraded too by you. 

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects. Development of best practices for leading successful sales campaigns. Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth

Eligibility Criteria:

- Work experience - 0 to 4 years in field sales

- Age limit: Less than equal to 30 years old

Work Profile.

- Use leads to contact potential customers and inform them about the product using scripts

- Ask questions to understand the requirement of the students and close sales by offering Topper products that would be beneficial to the student

- Counsel students and parents to buy Topper's subscription

- Direct prospects to the direct sales team when needed

- Enter and update customer information in the database

- Take and process orders in an accurate manner

- Go the extra mile to exceed revenue targets and facilitate future sales

- Develop month on month sales models for proven business growth

- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
