Job Description :
- Train the sales team and provide them with pre- and post-sales support (POSP). Meeting company objectives and sales across all consumer segments
- Joint calls for product support with the sales force
- Actively engage the sales team to generate leads.
- Make sure the sales force is active every week, every two weeks, and every month.
- Boost productivity by providing the best life insurance advice and combining the services offered.
- Measure relationship manager branch and customer base penetration.
- Participate in a customer awareness campaign
- Make obstacles for the branch leadership team.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
- Qualification required
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent communication skill
