Direct Channel Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join us as a Direct Channel Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to drive direct sales for Insurance products.
- Actively engage and interact with potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Generate leads and build a database of potential customers through various marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and launch sales campaigns.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all sales targets are met or exceeded by the team.
Who Should Apply :
1. Bachelor's degree required
2. Min. 2+ years of field sales experience needed.
3. Up to 3.50 LPA + incentive + Other Benefit
4. Strong communication & sales skills are essential.
5. A bike and a valid license are required.
