Dipitr - Manager - Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing (2-5 yrs)

Dipitr is a high growth startup focused on developing innovative and delightful tech products that benefit the health, wellness, and lives of its customers.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Strategizing and executing performance marketing strategy across all digital channels. The primary goal would be to acquire quality users and drive revenue.

- Creating, managing and optimizing campaigns across all digital channels including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others

- Driving hands-on campaign setup, management and optimization including conversion tracking, A/B testing of targeting, landing pages and more to ensure revenue maximization and cost minimization

- Performing ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization

- Collaborating with founder to optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages, based on the real-time performance and ROI goals

- Coordinating with the graphic designer to get creatives made for ads and landing pages

What you need to have :

- 2+ yrs of relevant experience as a SEM /PPC Specialist in planning, executing, and optimizing SEM, google display, remarketing, and paid social tactics focused on performance and delivering positive ROI

- Ability to manage PPC campaigns using multiple networks e.g. Google Adwords, Bing, Facebook, youtube, etc

- A firm grasp of Google Analytics, A/B Testing, and data-driven marketing


- Strong analytical ability and are an advanced Excel nerd-Ability to analyze performance data for optimizations

- Excellent Copywriting skills

- Experience running D2C campaigns for direct online purchase products using Shopify platform

- Experience in creating landing pages and making changes on website using tools for optimizations of ads
