- We are looking for a Franchise Manager who can handle franchisees over PAN India.
Designation : Franchise Development Manager:
Experience : 4- 6 years (E-Commerce background)
Salary : 5 - 8 LPA
Age Limit : 30 - 40 years
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (WORK FROM OFFICE)

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Appointing New Franchisees on PAN India for various QSR/Food Chains/ Retail / Brands
- Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance, and adherence to sales processes
- Consulting the prospective investors to take the franchise of various retail brands
- Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support till sign the agreement
- Explaining business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise-related Information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups, and concluding the deals
- Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final closure.
- To participate in events and exhibitions to generate leads and create a platform to meet with prospective franchisees.
- Scheduling and meeting the investor from PAN India to explain the company's franchise model and to get them registered
- Responsible for new franchisees and provides training and information on the business policies and procedures, Assist in the development of Franchise Business Plans
- Handling Sales Targets and cash flows
- Should have franchise development experience of minimum 5 years.
