Inside Sales Representative - Digital marketing Services

Shift Timings: Night Shift

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative as a part of the Direct Sales (DS) team within DigiXHub organization.

- DigiXHub offers services for digital marketing services across all industries. Direct Sales (DS) team is focused on launching and growing strategic customers looking for digital marketing solutions. The DS team provides key business inputs for helping the customers to understand digital marketing services and help them to grow their business for their existing business.

- Inside Sales Representative with the DS team will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic sales environment, help to identify customers of medium to large complexity that interested for digital marketing services with DigiXHub. (S)He will not only help clients understand digital marketing benefits for customers but work with them on discovering the potential of digital marketing for their launch and post launch to deliver on superior customer experience and help them build their presence.

- (S)He will be responsible for negotiating with multi- functional stakeholders within organization, devise a launch plan,resolve execution blockers, bring them onboard and execute a joint business plan to ensure success post launch. (S)He would also have the opportunity to share recommendations on process improvements for various internal cross functional teams.

- (S)He will be responsible to contact business based in United States of America. (S)He requires to have exposure working with in American markets with domain expertise in digital marketing sales.

Specific Responsibilities

- Understand DigiXHub digital marketing products and services: Articulate key benefits to external audiences

- Champion the Seller Relationship for DigiXHub: Build strong communication channel at all levels of customer- s organization, set clear expectations, provide frequent status updates and work towards a growth plan

- Review Clients and Discover Potential Business: Provide guidance on actions needed through analysis, joint reviews, adoption of tools and scalable processes. Conduct analysis on current business and future opportunities and provide routine executive-level reporting. Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.

- Identify Large Clients: Engage with Business across all industry for our digital marketing services products and services, bring their blockers forward to cross functional teams and align solutions, co-create joint propositions and bring them on-board.

Prior Experience / Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA is preferred

- Understanding of various technology used for digital marketing services is required (preferably prior experience in digital marketing services)

- Previous responsibility for strategic development, product management or product marketing

- Revenue targets and quotas is highly desirable

- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills

- Prior experience influencing B-level and C-level executives highly desirable

- Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented

Preferred Qualifications : 

- Experience with B2B sales would be an advantage

- Previous responsibility for strategic development, product management or product marketing, revenue targets

and quotas is highly desirable.

- Prior experience influencing B-level and C-level executives highly desirable

- Understanding of the digital marketing landscape globally.

- Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets is desirable.
