Digitallynext - Search Engine Marketing Specialist (2-7 yrs)

KPIs : 

- Translation of Business/Digital Objectives in to result oriented organic and paid SEM campaigns.

- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, development and evaluation of SEO, Design and Development and Content staff.

- Act as Project Manager for tasks assigned to Design and Technical teams

- Consistency in calibration and optimization vis a vis Budget and Search Engine protocols for each online Campaign.

- Periodic Audit and Review of Online Assets as needed for SEM campaigns

- Putting a project plan and operational excellence in terms of Planning and Timelines to for multiple campaigns

- Complimenting search engine with social media optimization and online reputation management.

- Analyzing requirement and providing web promotion solutions, which involves Search Engines Marketing plans Operational strategies like Keyword research, Competition analysis, Site analysis, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) &Social Media Marketing Plan etc

- Managing any vendor, tool and technology specific to each SEM campaign

- Team building and Mentoring as and when needed

- Success Metrics, Reports and Analytics Management

- Assisting in Client's project management and prospect management cycle.

- Account Setup: setup up the ppc campaign to easily track the results

- Keyword Analysis: Conducting keyword analyses at regular basis for identifying the cost taking keywords to prevent unnecessary spend

- Ad Copy Analysis: Identifying working keyword phrases that are used in the ad copies by implementing those can improve account performance further

- AdWords: Having working knowledge of Google Adwords, site retargeting, paid social, digital advertising, and other digital marketing tools

2) Campaign Specific preparation

- Pages/Sliders/Banners

- Landing Page/Forms/Microsite

- A/B Testing

- Emailers/E-book/Download-ables

- Social Media Creatives :

- Social Media Covers

- Social Media Posting creative

- Blogs and related Images

- Website and Social Media Audit and Improvisation

- Preparing interdepartmental inputs checklist for each campaign

- Budget Allocation and Optimization

- Success Metrics and MQL Goals specific

3) SEO, SMO and ORM :

- Project Planning with Milestones

- Site Analysis/Audit: Complete technical report of the website. The report includes On Page and Off Page factors of the website, Site Optimization Audits.

- Keyword Research: Expert in using Google ad words keyword tool, word tracker tool and cute rank, SEO quake and more and even can check for the competitors keywords

- SEO Tools used include SEO MOZ, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, Woo Rank, etc

- Organic search enhancement & Metrics Definition 


- Reach, Views, Shares, Comments, Followers, Subscribers and more

- 3rd Party PR /Influencer pool/Alliance Engagement

- Constant research & up-gradation of knowledge regarding Search Engines and technologies

4) Email, Whatsapp, Telegram Marketing and Analytics:

- Database Profiling

- Email application based setup

- Understanding at working/user level- Hubspot | Zoho | Google Analytics | Social CRMs | G-Suite | AWS | Trello and similar project management apps

- Reports and Analysis for internal use and Clients
