Work Profile & KRAs:

1) Student Outreach Management: Handling of Admissions Enquiries for different Programs by interested/prospective students (their parents/guardians) to successful conversion into admission

- Database Profiling

- Telephonic/Walk-ins counseling

- Email engagement and campaign management

- Whatsapp/Telegram engagement and sharing the updates

- Social Media Audit and update management

- Content & Visual Contribution in terms of Blogs/Articles/News/e-Book/Quora Questions

- ORM activities including reviews, comments and responses

- Conducting periodic Group Counseling Camps ( GCC)

- Review of iMET's marketing assets and online contact /capture assets ( including prospectus, website & landing Pages)

- Building and Managing Admission funnel

- Timely tracking of -Organic search enhancement & Metrics Definition- Reach, Views, Shares, Comments, Followers, Subscribers and engagements.

2) Managing Outreach Alliances & Partnerships

- Existing partners - Feligrat, HR Honchos

- Appointment and Induction of new alliances & partners

- Reach out to Embassies, Ministries, Education/International entities

- MoU with coaching centers and Institutes

3) Community Building & Student Development:

 Coordinating with iSoCIAL Team :

- Student Hat Bearers

- New Corporate Connects

- MoU with Advisory councils and associations

 Student related :

- Sessions/Trimester Planning

- Guest Sessions and Seminars

- Induction & Convocation

- Live Assignments, Internships and final placements

- Exam Management

- Reach/Submissions out for Results

- 3rd Party PR /Influencer pool/Alliance Engagement

4) Curriculum Development and Gurupool Management:

a. Program Content custodian to enhance and upgrade

b. Gurupool Administration and building with new Mentors

c. Evaluation criteria management

5) Managing Strategic Alliances & PR:

a. Existing Learning partner - UET

b. Coordinating PR activities

c. Participation in ranking and awards
