1. Business Development Manager is responsible for developing, generating, and growing new digital marketing business, creating innovative online marketing sales plans, and exhibiting expertise in digital marketing solutions.

2. Responsibilities include selling SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, online reputation management, and more. The position demands an entrepreneurial-minded individual with high energy and a strong motivation to sell. Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline and forecasts. A strong candidate will have excellent sales and closing skills.

3. Strong new business development skills.

4. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities; demonstrated time management skills.

5. Need to be a proactive self-starting individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of success driving revenue (e.g., ability to capture and close the deal), fierce work ethic, excellent communication skills, and understanding of digital marketing, mobile, and SEO advertising solutions.

What you will be doing:

1. Selling web and digital marketing services/solutions including SEO, PPC, social media & many more.

2. Prospect new business and generate new online marketing sales revenue.

3. Create effective and persuasive proposals.

4. Consistently meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual online marketing sales quotas.

5. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. Maintain an active schedule of prospecting calls.

6. Develop and maintain strong client relationships and close sales. Upselling of solutions in large accounts and thus maximize revenue.

7. Numerate with a good level of knowledge of MS Office Applications.
