- Responsible for digital consumer loan and digital account opening production.

- Collaborates with Lending, Digital Services, Operations and Training to enhance the user experience for both members and employees.

- Analyzes production data to provide recommendations for product enhancements, new product development and process improvements.

- Administers the account opening system and digital POS loan application software.

- Manages eLoan Officers to maximize productivity, efficiency, and the potential of the team.

- Remains up to date on current and emerging trends and technologies and how they can be incorporated into the overall strategy.

- Works with Operations, Lending, Sales and Marketing to develop and implement growth strategies and tactics, runs A/B tests to validate new growth ideas prior to scaling across all markets.

- Develops digital partnership with tech companies to drive growth through digital channels, managing internal and external project teams to implement a partnership strategy.

- Works with Compliance, Operations and Digital Banking staff to implement risk management measures and monitors systems for digital lending and deposit account opening processes.

- Coaches team to monitor digital applications for fraud indicators and follow reporting procedures for potential fraud activity.

Ideal Candidate :

- Minimum of three years- experience in digital product or channel management.

- Knowledge of lending and new account opening.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferences :

- Experience in digital banking or financial services.

- Experience with the following systems: ACTion, Symitar, and XpressAccounts.

- General understanding of VSC (Vehicle Service Plans), Debt Protection and GAP Insurance products.

This position will report to Kelly Chambers, Chief Marketing and Technology Officer.

This team consists of the following team members:

- 2 eLoan Officers

- The candidates should have good communication skills in English and local language.

The candidates should have knowledge in banking sales like home loans, credit card sales and banking business

Salary : Upto 18k pm

Education : Any degree
