Digital Marketing Visualizer - Fintech Startup (0-3 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Visualiser to conceptualise and create marketing creatives for banner ads, videos, distributables (ebooks, white papers), posters and other sales & marketing collaterals for sharing with a wide array of partners. While this may sound like a typical graphics designer job - this isn- t. Specifically, you will be exposed to subtler aspects of branding, positioning and problem solving for a particular audience. If you are a graphics designer looking for a solid base in marketing (both fundamental & digital), then this role will give you a significant exposure that will provide you a suitable career platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualise, visualise and create - banner ads for website, mobile apps, mobile distributables, presentations, PDFs, ebooks, white papers, training material and videos
- Formulate and enforce compliance with brand & visual guidelines
- Responsible for CTR (click thruigh rate) and creative performance
- Formulate and drive A/B tests on landing pages, conducting exhaustive testing for - Copy, Color scheme, Layout, Overall composition and CTR
- Understand communication dynamics for a multi-lingual audience
QUALIFICATIONS
- 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing visualisation
- At least one visual content campaign to showcase
- Published multimedia content samples
SKILLS :
- Good spoken and written English skills
- A keen eye for aesthetic and details
- Design aptitude and knowledge of design tools
- Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch
- Social media savvy and social analytics tools
- Work independently with little or no hand-holding
- Easily adapt to changing situations and priorities
