Digital Marketing Trainer (1-9 yrs)

Responsibilities : 

- In this role, you will motivate, engage and skill customers on our Digital Marketing using digitally enhanced virtual and in-person trainings.

- You should enjoy continually skilling yourself on the most innovative technologies relating to Digital Marketing.

- As part of this forward-thinking group, you will help shape the future of the Digital Marketing training program.

- You will provide feedback that improves and innovates our technical training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials

- Through all the above, you will be an Digital Marketing evangelist with customers, partners and external communities.

Qualifications : 

Minimum : 

- This position requires solid experience in delivering training on Digital Marketing and willingness to learn multiple cloud at our organization

- Fluent English language skills with solid writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

- Create/update course material to ensure all the latest trends and best practices are covered.

- To front pitches across colleges in India educating prospects about the curriculum offered by Vepsun and career prospects post enrolling for the course

- Innovate and improve teaching methods and processes basis past classroom experiences Social Media Marketing, AdWords, SEO, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, ORM, Website Development, etc.

- To be able to customize and deliver course material to both individuals and groups depending upon their existing understanding of the topic

- To be on the constant hunt for case studies, trends and best practices in the digital space to be able to provide the right references in class

- To monitor student progress and make recommendations to the reporting manager if any interventions are needed to bridge the gap.

- To create and evaluate MCQs, Pre, and Post - test to measure the impact of courses delivered.

- To maintain appropriate records of classroom training delivered and new resources created

- To take proactive steps to ensure that the campus/classroom is functioning at optimum and providing the best possible learning experience for students. For instance, the trainer would be responsible for setting up of IT equipment or ensuring students receive the relevant pre - tests and post - tests as each module is delivered.

- Work closely with the Curriculum Development team to ensure you have full visibility of the training roadmap and communicate this to our external authorized trainers and training partners.

- Motivating communicator, able to help customers turn abstract concepts into reality
