Job Description :

- As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will utilize various digital channels and platforms to implement targeted marketing campaigns and measure their effectiveness. Your role involves staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, analysing data, and optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum results.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Strategy Development :

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Identify target audiences and develop customer personas for effective targeting.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Campaign Execution and Management :

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.

- Create compelling and engaging content, including copywriting, for digital marketing campaigns.

- Optimize campaign performance by analysing data, conducting A/B testing, and making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

Website and Landing Page Optimization :

- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure website and landing page optimization for improved user experience, lead generation, and conversion rates.

- Implement SEO strategies, keyword research, and on-page optimization techniques to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.

- Use web analytics tools to track website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement appropriate changes.

Social Media and Community Management :

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.

- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms and monitor social media conversations.

- Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Build and nurture online communities and establish relationships with influencers and industry partners.

Email Marketing and Marketing Automation :

- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, segmenting audiences, and monitoring campaign performance.

- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and automate marketing processes, nurture leads, and drive conversions.

- Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.


Qualifications :

- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

- Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Google

- Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and marketing automation tools.

- Strong analytical skills to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or content creation is a plus.
