Digital Marketing Specialist (3-9 yrs)

Due to COVID19, the position may be remote initially. Eventually, based out of our NOIDA offices.


The Digital Marketing Specialist will have 3+ years of experience in owning, devising, executing and rolling out new social media and digital marketing programs. You will be expected to learn new skills and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.


1. Develop and execute digital campaigns to increase traffic and generate leads via Facebook, Google, company website and other channels

2. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies by tracking leaders in other industries, and identifying customer needs and trends

3. Conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences to support campaign creations

4. Track and measure outcomes including responses, leads, sales, retention, and ROI

5. Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email, social media and display/search advertising campaigns

6. Collaborate with internal teams to create optimal content and marketing collateral

7. Evaluate and improve customer experience across multiple channels and touch points

8. Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, projects, and plans


1. 3-8+ years of hands-on relevant experience with a top agency or internal marketing

2. Ability to work independently and responsibly while managing multiple projects

3. Commitment to working with cross-functional teams collaboratively with a shared purpose

4. Excellent communication skills in English

5. Self-starter, fast-learner, and hard-worker with strong attention to detail

6. Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team-player with positive attitude

7. Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications; MBA strongly preferred
