Job Title : Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in digital campaign planning and execution, preferably on client/brand side. The candidate should have hands-on experience in strategy planning and execution of biddable media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc., including budget management, reporting, optimization. Experience in shoppable campaigns will be an added advantage.

Role responsibilities

1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms

2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, and KPI's

3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and insights

4. Develop creative campaigns and messaging that align with the brand's overall marketing strategy

5. Ensure campaign delivery within agreed timelines and budgets

6. Analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights to optimize performance

7. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success

8. Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations throughout the campaign planning and delivery lifecycle in a dynamic environment

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing or related field

2. 3+ years of proven experience in digital campaign planning and execution

3. Experience in strategy planning and execution of biddable media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.

4. Good understanding of digital marketing concepts (incrementality) and best practices, especiall creative best practices across platforms

5. Strong analytical ability to derive actionable insights from data and communicate them to stakeholders

6. Excellent time management skills, diligence, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills

7. Ability to work independently as well as within a team and own projects end to end

8. Ability to learn new technologies quickly

9. Experience in shoppable campaigns will be an added advantage
