Job Description :


The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive business growth. This role involves creating and curating content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Strategy :


- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.


- Research and identify target audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences.

Content Creation :


- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.


- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.

Social Media Management :


- Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.


- Engage with the online community and foster positive relationships.

Analytics and Reporting :


- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI.


- Use analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.


- Ability to create engaging and shareable content.


- Understanding of different content formats (text, images, videos, infographics).Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.


- Creativity in designing visually appealing content.


- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).


- Ability to respond to audience comments, messages, and feedback.


- Ability to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.


- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media algorithms.
