Digital Marketing Specialist (2-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research to understand prospective clients' businesses, industries, and marketing needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized digital marketing solutions tailored to clients' objectives and budgets.
- Present and demonstrate our services and solutions to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and technologies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
