Digital Marketing Role - IT (2-4 yrs)

- As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote a company's brand, products, or services. You will be working closely with the marketing team to identify target audiences, create engaging content, and analyze campaign performance.

Your role will involve :

- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals

- Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences

- Developing targeted campaigns to reach specific customer segments through various digital channels such as email, social media, search engines, and display advertising

- Creating engaging content, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing campaigns

- Measuring and analyzing campaign performance using digital analytics tools and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns

- Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices and recommending new strategies to improve campaign effectiveness

- Collaborating with internal teams such as creative, product, and sales to ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign execution

- Managing relationships with external vendors such as marketing agencies, media outlets, and technology providers

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital analytics

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo

- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software is a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational and project management skills

- Overall, a Digital Marketer plays a critical role in driving the success of a company's digital marketing campaigns and requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, excellent communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
