The Job

You will be responsible for :

- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

- Plan and manage our social media platforms.

- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.

CRM

- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.

- Influencer Marketing

- Basic knowledge of on Page & off Page SEO

- Basic knowledge of WordPress / Shopify

- Using Canva & basic knowledge of other video editing tools for stories etc.

- Content writing, News Letters & Blogs


- Brand Audit & Research

- Strategy creation, Competitive analysis & Content Research for SMM

- Google Ads & Facebook Business Ads

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required :

- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Content Management, Digital Marketing or IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.

- You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.

- You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.

- Experience within Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
