Digital Marketing Role - eCommerce (2-3 yrs)
Specific responsibilities include :
- Actively work on the Marketing Support products by analysis of activity, trends and by obtaining / analysing client/account feedback
- Ensure that each work product is well operational and is supported with work instructions and other guidance material to make product delivery both efficient and reliable in quality
- Architecting requirements, analysis & providing research insight in other phases across existing account program ensuring delivery on planned value
- Work closely with your manager to ensure consistency and quality of support provided by MSS program team, devise quality procedures, standards and specifications
The Role - the education, skills and experience we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed or Master's degree from a reputed institute.
- Should have basic level on PPT, MS Word and Excel
- Basic knowledge of Marketing Fundamentals
- Should have basic/intermediate knowledge of formatting/branding concepts
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong project management skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent quality service
- Working to strict deadlines and flexibility in time management to adjust to different teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible and able to operate in the context of different cultures and personalities
- Optional - Passport holder with the ability to travel internationally if required
